Kecmark laser marking products can be used in almost any process and on any polymer. The use of lasers is constantly increasing, and the Kecmark range of products allows you to get the best out of your laser application. The high-contrast markings that can be achieved are fast, covering almost all colors and shades. The Kecmark additive masterbatch range works by absorbing laser energy and creating some very localized heating in a very short period of time, resulting in a dark mark obtained from surface burning or charring, or when the laser causes polymer foam. Both dark and light colored markings are permanent, lightfast, abrasion and chemically resistant.

Transparent and translucent

Kecmark masterbatches can also be introduced into a natural or color-toned transparent polymer to create a dark mark.
