Continuous coding technology enables high-quality content to be printed for industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and electronics. With a high-resolution color touchscreen with icons, it’s easier to use data and make quick edits when changing batches or products without having to retype or navigate through multiple screens.
KM800 continuous character inkjet printer can backup and restore global data through USB with one click, and has the function of power-off memory. Compared with the 700 series, there is also an additional communication interface, which allows remote monitoring and control of the printer through the cloud service.
With a new generation of built-in information editors, we can manually drag modules, or adjust them via the XY axis, and the data can be dragged directly into 2D codes or barcodes, making user content editing easier.

Kecmark continuous inkjet printers use the latest ink line system to reduce additive consumption by up to 50%.
Kecmark printers are equipped with a trough and viscosity sensor for recovering the refill fluid after cleaning, preventing ink dilution and maintaining consistent print quality at all times.
The surrounding environment, temperature, ink viscosity, etc., will affect the change of the state of the ink particles used in printing. The Kecmark Series printers monitor the condition of ink particles in real time, which can be adjusted to a steady state by the user. The inkjet code is not affected by the environment, and the printing is always clear.

- The 7-inch high-definition touch screen supports online editing, and the printer has built-in help pages and installation videos.
- The modular ink path design requires no maintenance, and refills, cartridges and additives can be easily replaced.
- The durable, all-stainless steel design and IP65 protection allow you to install or relocate wherever you need it. At the same time, the ink circuit system and the electronic control system are completely separated to avoid ink leakage and damage to the circuit.
- The automatic cleaning system improves uptime, and the self-cleaning and synchronous self-test of the nozzle make start-up quick and easy!
